This outpatient primary care role focuses on preventive and chronic care for an older patient population, offering a predictable weekday schedule with manageable daily volume.

Highlights

No call responsibilities
Lower daily volume of 16-18 patients
Strong support with MA, scribe, and RN
Focus on Medicare-aged patients

Practice & Cases

Outpatient clinic focused on preventive and chronic care
Manage conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease
No procedures required
Team-based model with full clinical support

Schedule

Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Consistent weekday schedule
Full-time clinic coverage
Ongoing assignment with repeat blocks

Requirements

Must be an MD or DO
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active Illinois license required
DEA required

Logistics

Lodging arranged
Mileage reimbursed
