Picture this: on our Brunswick, OH production floor, you set up your station, review the day’s targets, and take ownership of moving quality parts from assembly through final packaging. You balance speed with precision, and your eye for detail keeps everything on spec.

• Operate and monitor production machinery, adjusting for optimal performance.
• Verify quality at multiple checkpoints to ensure products meet specifications.
• Assemble components and package finished goods for shipment.
• Uphold 5S-style cleanliness and organization for safety and flow.
• Team up with peers to achieve output goals and meet deadlines.
• Escalate equipment malfunctions or safety issues immediately.
• Advance your capabilities through structured training and development.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior manufacturing or production exposure is a plus.
• Detail orientation with the discipline to follow instructions and procedures.
• Collaborative communicator with a positive approach.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including overtime when required.
• Physically able to lift and move materials as needed.
