Transit Passenger Survey Specialist – Mandarin and English Speaking Location: Boston Duration: 6 months Pay Rate: $25 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, schedule varies Hire Partnership is seeking bilingual Mandarin‑speaking candidates for an exciting 6‑month transportation survey project throughout the Greater Boston area. In this role, you’ll engage with passengers on trains, commuter rail lines, buses, and ferries to conduct brief surveys using a tablet about their recent transit experience. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with the public, are comfortable working in a fast‑paced transit environment, and can easily adapt to changing survey locations. Assignments may take place at bus stations, subway stops, commuter rail platforms, and ferry terminals across the region. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required. Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to meet daily survey goals and travel between locations as needed.
