Senior Specialist - Program & Project Management

Role description

oOversee daytoday IT operations including infrastructure networks systems applications devices and enduser support

oLead mentor and manage IT staff including workload planning performance guidance training and team development

oDevelop and implement IT policies standards procedures and best practices to improve service delivery security compliance and operational efficiency

oManage IT projects such as system upgrades migrations software implementations cloud initiatives security enhancements and infrastructure modernization

oEnsure high availability reliability and performance of IT systems through proactive monitoring incident management problem resolution and continuous improvement

oPlan manage and control IT budgets procurement software licensing hardware assets contracts and vendor relationships

oImplement and maintain cybersecurity controls access management data protection practices backup processes disaster recovery plans and business continuity procedures

oCollaborate with business leaders and department heads to understand technology needs prioritize initiatives and deliver solutions that support business goals

oPrepare reports dashboards updates and recommendations for senior leadership on IT performance risks projects budgets and future technology investments

oStay current with emerging technologies industry trends regulatory requirements and IT management best practices
