Job Summary

Air Solutions is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results driven Plumbing Service Manager to lead and grow our residential plumbing service division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, coach, and develop residential plumbing service technicians.
• Drive departmental revenue, profitability, and overall operational performance.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including close rates, average tickets, revenue per technician, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular technician ride along, performance evaluations, and training sessions.
• Develop technicians' technical skills, communication abilities, and customer service performance.
• Oversee daily service operations, technician productivity, scheduling coordination, and job quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, increase revenue, and reduce operational costs.
• Partner with dispatch, customer service, and company leadership to maximize service opportunities.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining high performing plumbing professionals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable plumbing codes.
• Build a positive, accountable, and performance-driven team culture.
• Take ownership of departmental goals and consistently deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience in residential plumbing service, repair, and diagnostics.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Strong technical understanding of residential plumbing systems.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
• Understanding of revenue generation, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Journeyman License Plumbing

Preferred:

• 3+ years of plumbing service management or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing multiple service technicians.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software.
• Experience using KPIs to improve technician performance and departmental profitability.
• Experience implementing technician training and development programs.
