Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology

Seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a NICU team in a regional division with Level 3 and Level 2 NICUs adjacent to labor and delivery. The role involves caring for critically ill, preterm, and term infants, working closely with neonatologists, nurses, and residents in a collaborative environment. Opportunities include coverage of a network NICU (Level 3 with 14 beds expanding to 20, and Level 2 with 7 beds under development), managing over 2,000 deliveries annually, with flexible shift options (8, 16, 24 hours). The position involves attending deliveries, managing high-risk infants, admissions, assessments, intubation, line placements, chest tubes, arterial punctures, ventilator management, and other procedures as needed.
