Key Responsibilities

• Employ radiographic and CT techniques to obtain exceptional diagnostic images for physician evaluation
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure precise diagnoses
• Ensure the accurate positioning of patients and effective calibration of equipment for superior imaging results
• Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols to protect patients and fellow team members
• Maintain comprehensive logs and documentation, including imaging records and maintenance schedules
• Deliver empathetic patient care during the imaging process, reinforcing their sense of security
• Enhance and maintain a structured and efficient imaging environment

Education Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
• Completion of an accredited radiology program is required

Essential Certifications

• ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography is essential
• Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within the first 90 days of employment
