Allergy Medical Assistant - Horsham

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP is seeking a self‑motivated, people‑friendly full time Allergy Medical Assistant for our Horsham office. Hourly: $20.24/hour Responsibilities Administer allergy injections and monitor patients Perform allergy testing (food, environmental, venom, drug and chemical testing) Conduct pulmonary function testing Assist physician with patient care Complete administrative responsibilities including insurance approvals, data entry, restocking clinical supplies Respond to patient calls and messages Job Requirements & Qualifications Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred Experience with Epic EMR preferred Strong patient service skills with a commitment to delivering a positive patient experience Education / Certification Requirements Completion of a Medical Assistant program or certification such as CMA or RMA. Bachelor's degree in Biology Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification Five (5) years of continuous experience working as a Medical Assistant Schedule Monday: 8:30am-2:30pm Tuesday: 8:30am-6:30pm Wednesday: 8:30am-6:30pm Thursday: 8:30am-4:30pm Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm Saturday (1-2 per month): 8:00 - 12:00PM Please note that this schedule will change based on the Physician's schedule.
