Section 8 Housing Benefits Coordinator

THA in Tampa, FL is seeking a Housing Eligibility Specialist to support Section 8 housing operations, determining eligibility, calculating rents, and maintaining case files. You will counsel clients, manage caseloads, conduct re-certifications, coordinate owner agreements, and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
