Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, capturing relevant history and needs. \n
- Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients, both in one-on-one and family settings, based on the unique therapeutic goals and identified needs. \n
- Complete detailed billing and documentation such as individualized treatment plans and insurance authorization forms in a timely manner, adhering to best practices in care management. \n
- Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies to ensure stable functioning and well-being for clients. \n
- Create effective discharge plans that prepare clients for continued success after treatment. \n
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to maintain licensure and enhance therapeutic skills. \n
- Participate in regular case consultation and agency meetings to stay aligned with team objectives and share best practices. \n
- Complete any mandatory training sessions as required by licensure and organizational policies. \n
In this position, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensing. \n
- Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including options for LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW in the State of New York. \n

- Experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with digital communication tools is highly desirable. \n
- Previous work experience in a clinical setting is a plus, particularly in community mental health, school counseling, or family therapy. \n
