Works under general direction to support network engineering initiatives across campus, WAN, and cloud environments. This role is also responsible for participating in project delivery, troubleshooting, and operational support to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable network services.The Engineer – Network role reports into the Sr. Manager – Infrastructure, Tech & Ops.Key ResponsibilitiesSupports implementation and maintenance of enterprise network solutions, including LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud connectivity.Assists in Fortinet SD‑WAN deployments, configuration, and ongoing operations.Monitors network performance and supports capacity planning and service improvements.Troubleshoots network issues across switching, routing, and connectivity domains.Participates in network upgrades, migrations, and project-related tasks.Documents network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.Collaborates with Network Engineering, Security, Voice, and Infrastructure teams on operational activities.Assists in evaluating new technologies and recommending improvements to existing environments.Follows established standards and best practices for network security and design.Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant network engineering experience.
