Food Service Utility (Full Time And Part Time)

We are hiring for full-time and part-time Food Service Utility positions at Chester Upland School District in Chester, PA. Candidates should have prior delivery, receiving, and utility experience, although it is preferred rather than required. The pay rate for this position is $19.15 per hour, with benefits available for both full-time and part-time associates. Maintains kitchen work areas, and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly. Essential duties and responsibilities include sweeping and mopping floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards, washing worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces, removing trash and placing it into designated containers, steam cleaning or hosing out garbage cans, transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, assisting with banquet table and front of the house set up, assisting with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product, distributing supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed, complying with outlined sanitation and safety requirements, and performing other duties as assigned.
