We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have/ obtain a strong command of Lindsay Windows product lines, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. Customer Service Representative responsibilities:
- Answering incoming customer calls regarding product questions, service questions and general client concerns
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
- Respond to customers within 4 business hours by email or voice messaging
- Provide accurate quote information within 8 business hours
- Input orders with 100% accuracy
- Work with the sales team to stay updated on product knowledge
- Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving
- 3-5 years Customer Service experience
- Building or Construction experience helpful
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
