You're good with people, you pay attention to detail, and you know that great sales start with trust. As a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Rep, you'll help clients make confident insurance decisions while building lasting relationships in an agency entering a new chapter under new ownership.
The Fiorito Allstate Agency has a clear focus on growth, outstanding customer service, and agent development. Requirements
- Connecticut Property & Casualty license required.
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
- Client-first approach to service and recommendations.
- Comfortable working toward measurable goals.
- Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable with traditional Monday-Friday business hours and occasional client-requested evening or weekend appointments.
- Hybrid workers must have a designated, quiet, professional workspace.
Responsibilities
- Balance sales objectives with exceptional client service.
- Build trust quickly with new and existing clients.
- Explain coverage clearly and confidently.
- Conduct thorough policy reviews.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities through needs-based conversations.
- Provide prompt, dependable follow-up.
- Manage a high volume of client interactions.
The base salary is $40,000-$45,000 based on experience, with uncapped earning potential and performance bonuses . You'll also have PTO, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, continuing education, and the flexibility to work from home in a hybrid arrangement.
