PART TIME AVAILABILITY ONLY (M-F 11-4pm) - (can increase hours in the future)

Heres how youll make an impact at Autism Care Partners:

• BTs work one-on-one with children at our center implementing BCBA designed clinical plans that help clients build critical communication social and other adaptive skills.
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Utilize the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) such as reinforcement and prompting to teach the clients adaptive behaviors in developmental areas such as language socialization play self-help and motor skills.
• Utilize the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to address behavior reduction goals.
• Support client goals related to toilet training including diaper changes.
• With training implement skill development programs and perform appropriate physical guidance as needed to ensure client safety.
• Collect record and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Complete session documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work and therapy environment.
• Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required trainings.
• Comply with the BACBs code of ethics.
• This is an entry level role. Previous childcare experience preferred but we will train passionate individuals!

• Pay scale: BT: $20.00 - $21.50 / RBT: $22.00 $22.50

A few more things that are required for your success:

• No prior criminal history
• Ability to utilize technology
• Basic computer skills- Microsoft Office Microsoft Outlook Windows
• Ability to operate basic office equipment
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
