Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead out team at our Sarasota location. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations , including inventory management, logistics, and staff supervision.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and customers.
Implement sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market reach.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Manage financial performance , including budgeting, pricing, and cost control.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team , fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

Proven experience, Assistant Manager or SP4 (internal applicants) completion preferred.
Strong business acumen with a track record of managing operations and driving growth.
Excellent leadership and communication skills .
Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing market conditions.
Experience with inventory management and logistics .
