This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who has experience handling all aspects of personal injury litigation, enjoys managing their own caseload, and thrives working collaboratively with both litigation and pre-litigation teams. Qualifications PA and NJ Bar Admission Required J.D. required 3–10+ years of Personal Injury experience Familiarity with Litify software is a plus Strong written, oral, and organizational skills Responsibilities Manage a personal injury litigation caseload Evaluate claims and develop litigation strategies Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions Conduct legal research and draft briefs, opinions, and memorandums Litigate pre-trial motions Prepare for and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials, including jury trials Maintain strong file management and compliance with deadlines Additional Details Location: Philadelphia, PA & Cherry Hill, NJ Start Date: ASAP Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience + quarterly and year-end bonuses Long-Term Growth: Opportunity to earn a percentage of fees generated Lundy Law is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
