Key Duties:

\n

\n
• Defend workers’ compensation claims on behalf of carriers, self-insureds, and employers
\n
• Manage cases from investigation through hearings, mediations, and appeals
\n
• Handle discovery, medical evaluations, depositions, and motion practice
\n
• Advise clients on claims strategy, exposure, and resolution
\n
• Coordinate with colleagues across practice groups when matters intersect with other liability issues
\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• JD and active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
\n
• 2–6+ years of workers’ compensation defense or strong related litigation experience
\n
• Solid organizational, writing, and client communication skills
\n
