Clinical Trial Feasibility Manager (BH-396672) Location: Ridgefield, United States Sector: Pharmaceuticals Schedule: 40 hours per week; Remote (Eastern Time Zone hours) Salary: $53.00 to $55.00 per hour; 12‑month W2 contract with potential to extend or transition to permanent employment. Summary Develop and deploy comprehensive country and site feasibility assessments across US trials. Ensure recommendations are tactically feasible and aligned with indications/assets from a holistic industry perspective. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify capable investigators/sites that meet study requirements and business needs. Apply expertise as a systems and database subject‑matter expert to produce quality feasibility outputs. Skills and Qualifications Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator, Clinical Monitor, Field Monitor, or Site Manager is highly desired. Minimum of four years of experience in the regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare industry; experience managing global and local/regional feasibilities. Basic knowledge of clinical medicine and ability to evaluate data and scientific literature; understanding of FDA/ICH GCP regulations and sponsor criteria for qualifying sites and staff for Phase I–IV trials. Thorough understanding of all phases of drug development (I–IV) and federal regulations related to IND and NDA regulations. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and proactive problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with supported medical applications and the associated technologies. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Education Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (BA, MS, PhD) or Diploma in Nursing (RN), or degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
