Location: MN, NY, IL (Hybrid, candidates must be local to the listed states; no relocation allowed.)
Job Description:
NON-NEGOTIABLES:
- Education: A graduate degree is required for this position.
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (2-3+ yrs) Deep expertise in LLMs, agentic AI, embeddings, synthetic data, and predictive modeling.
- AI Product Management (2-3+ yrs) Experience taking AI/ML products from concept and experimentation to market deployment and business scaling.
- Data Handling Demonstrated experience working directly with complex enterprise data structures.
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Insurance domain knowledge and experience working with insurance-specific datasets.
- Background in responsible AI governance and model evaluation frameworks.
