Telemarketer Position

Job Skills / Requirements Duties include: Make outbound calls to a list of prospects provided by Employer to set quality appointments. Initiate conversation by promoting and creating interest in services. Have product / service knowledge. Communicate benefits and value to potential customers. Learn scripted presentation to ensure consistent message and adherence to marketing strategies. Objection handling-skilled at addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and maintaining a positive conversation. Responsible for accurately recording and updating prospects and customer information in CRM system. This will help rack leads, trends, and facilitate future marketing efforts. Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and sales targets. Keeping track of contacts as well as those that don’t want to be contacted in the future. Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers. Looking for: Excellent time management and organizational skills. Reliable, flexible, and proactive. Creativity and good communication skills, verbally and written. High proficiency in Microsoft office applications. Work independently. Articulate and upbeat telephone presence.
