SCHEDULE: 40 HOURS PER WEEK

SETTING: NURSING HOME, REHABILITATION CENTER, SKILLED NURSING FACILITY LOCATION: GREENFIELD MANOR - GREENFIELD, IA & HERITAGE HOUSE - ATLANTIC, IA PAY RANGE: UP TO $50 PER HOUR (BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFYING INTERVIEW.) Qualifications: * Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
