Job Opportunity: Hospitalist Position

Situated in the picturesque mountain town of Coeur D'Alene, ID, our organization is looking to recruit a Board Eligible/Board Certified hospitalist to enhance our expanding team. You will collaborate with two other physicians and seven nurse practitioners at a 40-bed acute care facility in this stunning resort destination.

This role offers a balanced lifestyle, allowing you to work between 6 to 8 hours each day without any on-call obligations. You will receive a competitive base salary along with productivity bonuses while delivering inpatient care.

Position Highlights:

Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with shifts lasting 6-8 hours.
Support staff includes Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), dedicated scribes, pharmacy technicians, and a full-time pharmacist.
No on-call or night shifts required.
Procedures are not part of the responsibilities, with multispecialty support available throughout the hospital system.
Guaranteed base salary complemented by additional earnings through productivity incentives.
