Location: Western & Central North Carolina (Regional Territory)
Compensation: 100% Commission | Uncapped Earnings

Our client is looking for a motivated, customer-focused  Regional In-Home Sales Representative to help homeowners improve and protect their homes through premium remodeling solutions.

Unlike many sales roles,  we provide the leads. Your focus is simple: meet with qualified homeowners, understand their needs, present the right solution, and close the sale. No cold calling, door knocking, or generating your own appointments.

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments generated by our marketing and inside sales teams.
• Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate customer needs.
• Educate homeowners on available products, materials, financing options, and project solutions.
• Prepare and present accurate project estimates and proposals.
• Build trust through a consultative, customer-first sales approach.
• Follow up with prospective customers and overcome objections professionally.
• Close sales and complete all required documentation.
• Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity throughout every customer interaction.

• Replacement Windows
• Gutters & Gutter Protection

• Decks and Exterior Improvements

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in in-home sales, home improvement sales, remodeling, roofing, windows, flooring, or other residential construction sales.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations with homeowners.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to manage your own schedule and territory effectively.
• Experience using CRM software is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
