ICU Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced and ready to contribute to our high-standard care in critical settings. The position requires floating between multiple locations, ensuring a wide range of support to facilities as needed.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in an ICU setting.Monitor patient conditions and vital signs, assessing for any changes.Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and safety.Maintain compliance with facility policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.QualificationsMinimum of 24 months of recent ICU experience within the last 12 months is required.Active nursing license with no infractions or disciplinary actions.Life support certifications must be current and from recognized organizations (AHA, ARC, or ASHI).Ability to float between multiple locations as required, with flexibility in preferred shifts and departments.A valid driver's license to verify residency is required.Candidates must be prepared to start on the specified date or within one week. All time-off requests must not exceed 7 days and cannot include time-off during the first week of assignment.
