Pipeline Integrity Manager

Provide leadership to multiple technical functions within the Pipeline Integrity Services Group of a growing midstream company area as you manage a team of supervisors and engineers that focus on pipeline integrity. This role involves 10-20% travel. Located in West Houston. Every Friday is WFH. The company is in rapid growth mode. Provide leadership and oversight to supervisors who cover Pipeline Safety, Materials & Welding, Engineering, GIS, and Technical Specs/Records. Lead and review pressure testing and programs in accordance with 49 CFR Part 192 Subpart J and 49 CFR Part 195 Subpart E. Oversee MAOP (192) and MOP (195) confirmation activities Develop, review, and provide oversight of Engineering Critical Assessments supporting MAOP reconfirmation. Provide technical support for approved vendors, including evaluation of materials, manufacturing processes, quality documentation, and fitness-for-service considerations. Provide review of in-line inspection anomaly assessments, including evaluation methodologies, remaining strength calculations, prioritization of repairs and select repair methods. Conduct and review uprate studies, odorization evaluations, and overpressure protection assessments to stay compliant. Oversee pipeline anomaly and failure investigations, ensuring root cause analyses are conducted in accordance with 49 CFR §192.617 and internal procedures. Review integrity-related engineering and technical documentation for accuracy and alignment with applicable pipeline safety requirements. Serve as a key technical representative during State agency audits, inspections, and regulatory engagements. Provide integrity engineering support and design reviews during expansion and new construction projects.
