Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and mental health screenings to accurately evaluate patient needs and formulate effective treatment plans. \n
- Provide individualized short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and therapy sessions to clients dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions. \n
- Facilitate therapeutic groups and workshops aimed at fostering resilience and personal growth, focusing on topics such as stress management, emotional regulation, and self-care strategies. \n
- Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, healthcare providers, and community organizations, to promote holistic support for clients. \n

- Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes while adhering to ethical and legal standards. \n
You will primarily work with diverse client populations, including youth, adults, and families, many of whom face socio-economic challenges and mental health disparities. Your expertise will help empower clients to navigate their unique challenges and achieve their personal and emotional goals through effective therapy and guidance.
Qualifications\n- \n
- An active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in mental health principles. \n
- A comprehensive understanding of the distinct mental health challenges faced by individuals within community settings. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with clients and collaborate efficiently with diverse stakeholders. \n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
