Job Description
Exciting Opportunity for a Physical Therapist with Critical Care Experience!

Job Description:
- Join a dynamic team in fulfilling roles within Physical Therapy!
- Seeking a passionate Physical Therapist with a strong background in critical care and inpatient rehab.
- Former HCA experience preferred and a minimum of 2 years' hospital experience is necessary.
- Enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment with a dedicated team!

Unit Highlights:
- Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, rotating weekends
- Unit: Physical Therapy (762)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Floating Policy: As needed

Required Qualifications:
- Must Have:
- BLS Certification
- 2+ years of hospital experience
- In-patient rehab and/or hospital experience

- Preferred Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in rehab and/or acute hospital settings

Specialty Certifications Required:
- Active PT License (No Temp License allowed)

Unit Procedures:
- Conduct evaluations and treatments for inpatient rehab, including occupational therapy for neuro and ortho patients.
- Perform evaluations and treatments in acute settings (Ortho, Tele, and ICU).

Dress Code Guidelines:
- Scrub Color: Provided hospital scrubs
- Nail Policy: Clean and healthy, no artificial nails or gel
- Hair: Neat and clean; no extreme styles or colors; hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer.
- Tattoos: Must be covered as much as possible.
- Piercings: Visible piercings (other than ears) are prohibited.

Other Unit Policies:
- Floating Guidelines: May float to ante/gyn
- Attendance Policies: Adhere to the company-wide attendance policy
