This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Sporadic coverage in October and November
• Setting: Clinic
• Procedures/Cases: Mostly Child and Adolescents. Procedures needed: X-Ray Fillings, Prophies, Extractions, Pulpotomies, Sealants, Crowns, Bridges, Periodontics treatments, Exams and Hygiene checks.
• Credentialing Timeframe: ~1-2 days
• Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) and Medicaid.
