What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Open and close the store using proper checklists and procedures
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Support scheduling, inventory, and sales initiatives
• Foster a positive, team-first work culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
• High standards for customer service and teamwork
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Flexible availability (including weekends/holidays)
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
