RN Clinical Nurse – Critical Care

Schedule: Nights 12 hours 36 per week

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• Knowledge of critical care nursing practices
• Ability to implement evidence-based practice
• Adherence to ethical standards and scope of practice

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality, individualized patient care
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient and family needs are met
• Support service excellence goals and uphold patient voice
• Maintain compliance with system policies and nursing practice standards
