Home Health Aide (HHA) - Flexible Schedule, Weekly Pay, 1:1 Patient Care Make a Real Difference - One Patient at a Time Join a fast-growing home health team providing one-on-one care in patients’ homes . As a Home Health Aide (HHA) , you’ll help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent — while building meaningful relationships every day. Flexible schedule 1:1 Patient Care Supportive Clinical/Admin Team What You'll Do: Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Support mobility, transfer, and ambulation Provide meal prep and feeding assistance Give medication reminders (no administering) Monitor and report changes to office nurse Maintain a clean and safe home environment Document care per agency standards Travel to patient homes within assigned area What You Need: Age 18 or older 1 year of caregiving experience (within last 2 years) under RN supervision Ability to follow care plans and document accurately Reliable transportation Ability to work independently in patient homes Ability to lift 25 lbs Willing to complete background check & onboarding Preferred (Not Required) Active HHA or CNA certification or willingness to obtain certification CPR and Adult First Aid certification Experience supporting seniors or medically complex clients Experience working with dementia or memory care patients Why You'll Love This Role: Flexible PRN scheduling - work when it fits your life One-on-one care Meaningful, relationship-based work Opportunities to grow and gain certification What Success Looks Like Patients feel safe, respected, and cared for Reliable attendance and on-time visits Clear communication with care team Positive feedback from patients and families Qualifications Are you searching for a Purpose?
