Position Overview You’ll work directly with union members and client families who request information about their benefit options. This role is not about cold calling — clients already reach out to us to learn more about their coverage. Your job is to: Schedule and conduct virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone) Explain benefits, answer questions, and assist with applications Provide ongoing support to clients and their families Assist in document preparation and organization related to transactions.
