We’re hiring a Customer Success Representative in Brooksville, Florida. This isn’t a “read from a script and close the ticket” job. You’re the first voice a customer hears when their sealer question turns into a project crisis, and the reason they leave a 5‑star review instead of a 1‑star rant. You own the interaction, start to finish. What the role looks like: Inbound calls, emails, chats; you answer them, you solve them Deep product knowledge across our full line (we’ll train you, but curiosity is required) Spotting upsell opportunities while you’re solving problems Keeping HubSpot and other systems clean and current What we’re looking for: 2–4 years customer‑facing experience Warm, confident phone presence — you like people CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) Detail‑obsessed — 99% order accuracy is the standard, not the goal Bonus points if you’ve ever finished a DIY project and thought “I wish someone had helped me choose the right product.” That empathy is exactly what our customers need.
