About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of FP&A to join their team. This senior finance leader will be responsible for a range of critical activities, including financial planning, operational performance, and strategic decision support. The successful candidate will lead financial planning activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and will be expected to develop and maintain financial models that provide insights into business performance, growth opportunities, and financial risks. A key aspect of the role is to partner with executive and operational leadership, translating complex financial information into clear recommendations and actions to strengthen business performance and support the organization's growth. Applicants for the Associate Vice President of FP&A position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7-10+ years of experience in FP&A, operational finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a related finance discipline. A background in healthcare services or a multi-site, operationally complex environment is preferred. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in financial management, the ability to influence stakeholders, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to lead and develop finance teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at operating across multiple locations and balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
