We are a busy Trusts and Estates law firm seeking a highly organized Case Manager to coordinate probate and estate administration matters. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing complex files, managing projects, and helping clients navigate important life transitions.

Legal experience is helpful but not required. Many successful candidates come from real estate, financial services, insurance, or administrative project management roles.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate estate administration and probate cases from start to finish
• Track deadlines, filings, and required documents
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, courts, and financial institutions
• Gather and organize financial and legal documentation
• Maintain case management software and digital files
• Work closely with attorneys to move cases forward efficiently

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
• Comfortable working with documentation and structured processes
