Bilingual Spanish Medical Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and will assist healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring effective communication with Spanish-speaking patients.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and will assist healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring effective communication with Spanish-speaking patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Translate and interpret communication between providers and Spanish-speaking patients
- Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and symptoms
- Assist physicians during exams and minor procedures
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Administer medications and injections as directed by the provider
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms
- Handle basic administrative duties such as answering phones and verifying insurance
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) required
- Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Cultural sensitivity and patient-centered care
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Team collaboration and adaptability
