As an Associate Creative Director, you will lead charge in crafting art direction and designs across different channels. Collaborate with the standing team and connect with our client contacts to bring their goals to life.Take lead in art execution and exhibit strong key visual developmentConcept and execute art for campaigns and campaign partnerships across app, social, web, email and moreLeverage regulated AI tools as needed for visuals and illustrationsSupport and lead creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creationExhibit strong strategic sense, offer feedback and challenge creative briefs to strengthen themStay abreast of industry trends and apply them as appropriateMaintain high quality on creative deliverablesAssist creative leads in research and presentation materialsLead production of ideas and coach junior talent as neededPresent work both externally and internallyOversee other creative staff as neededBachelor's Degree or higher Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital media Design or Advertising/Portfolio school Degree7+ years of art directing for advertising or marketing agencyExceptional portfolio that demonstrates conceptual art directionFull awareness and understanding of digital landscape including online campaigns, mobile experience and social mediaExperience managing and mentoring junior staffProficiency in Figma and Google environmentsExperience leveraging AI as a creative toolAt Publicis Groupe, we offer medical and voluntary benefits to our freelancers and temporary employees.
