HVAC Service Supervisor

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Supervisor to help lead our growing service team. Reporting to the Director of Service, this role provides day‑to‑day leadership and technical support to HVAC technicians in the field, ensuring service work meets company standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary resource for troubleshooting complex service issues and providing diagnostic and repair strategies. Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism on all service calls. Support the Director of Service with department operations, technician performance, and quality monitoring. Monitor service quality, callbacks, and job completion standards. Contribute to the training, mentoring, and development of HVAC technicians. Communicate directly with customers to address service concerns or provide technical explanations. Perform maintenance work in the field to support technicians and maintain service quality. Key Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC experience. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Previous leadership, lead technician, or supervisory experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to mentor and support technicians in the field. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
