Key Role Responsibilities Keep all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks. Assist others on the team, including the Director of Rooms, with building and grounds maintenance. Maintain the indoor pool. Provide a safe environment for guests and staff by meeting all safety standards. Provide professional, courteous service to guests and be accommodating to various requests. Be a team player and assist other departments when help is needed. Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and aware of all Job Safety Analysis guides.
