Do you meet these qualifications?

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Supervisory experience (related fields preferred, such as landscaping, lawn service, roofing, warehouse, etc.)
• Ability to work weekends

Experience leading teams in maintenance, landscaping, or janitorial fields, with strong leadership and accountability, is preferred.

What will you do as an Operations Team Lead?

This full-time role works 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, five days per week, with weekends required, starting each day at a central reporting location before traveling to assigned service areas.

In this role, you'll lead your team across the Kansas City metro area. As a working leader, you'll balance supervising daily operations with actively contributing to the work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. You'll coordinate schedules, support your team in real time, address challenges as they arise, and create a positive, productive work environment through your leadership and example.
