Lead process improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and achieve operational excellence. Mentor junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and adherence to best practices. Ensure all processes meet environmental and safety regulations. Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Over 8 years of experience in process engineering or a similar domain. Proficiency in process simulation tools and engineering software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership capabilities. Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma are advantageous. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment.
