The Role:


Our team produces membranes for filtration and purification applications in the ultra-high purity semiconductor industry. Our customers utilize our products to enable their processes to create the next generations of microchip, logic and memory devices. The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance technicians have all the tools and parts required to effectively complete work orders and break fixes in the facility. The Maintenance planner will also be expected to schedule all maintenance tasks efficiently and in coordination with production schedules to optimize equipment availability and equipment reliability.


In this role you will:

• Enter changes to CMMS(computer maintenance management systems) preventive maintenance frequency and procedures based on feedback from data collected and from engineering, production and maintenance teams.
  
  

• Create and update work instructions for maintenance activities
  
  

• Review closed work orders for completeness and accuracy.
  
  

• Report weekly maintenance performance metrics, MTBF, MTTR, Reliability %, etc.
  
  

• Work closely with Maintenance and production teams to schedule, plan and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance work orders Coordinate with outside contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance work orders.
  
  

• Process Preventive Maintenance extensions where necessary and ensure they are compliant to our quality management system.
  
  

• Work with Parts Manager to ensure parts are available for preventative and corrective maintenance work orders and to replenish spare parts inventory.
  
  

• Work closely with Indirect procurement team on supplier related challenges.
  
  

• Participate in Job Safety Task Analysis to ensure all jobs are done effectively and safely.
  
  

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

• Minimally 5 years of experience in a maintenance role in a manufacturing environment, planning experience preferred.
  
  

• Motivated and self-directed team player with good interpersonal skills.
  
  

• Experience in the use of a CMMS is required, SAP platform is required.
  
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

• Demonstrated understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance practices.
  
  

• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft required.
  
  

• High focus and emphasis on detail, safety, and quality.
  
  

• Must be able to manage and balance multiple priorities with varying deadlines and ensure effective progression to completion.
  
  

• Excellent team player who demonstrates leadership abilities.

• Ability to work with a diverse team in terms of background and skill sets to achieve greater levels of efficiency and manufacturing robustness.
  
  

• Ability to manage time and balance short term needs of the day-to-day production environment with long term project deliverables and timelines.
  
  

• Embody a sense of ownership over the maintenance planning, scheduling and inventory systems.
  
  

• Use data to inform decisions and help develop and implement manufacturing excellence in our factory.

• Compensation: $72,500- $90,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
