Make a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in a dynamic educational setting near San Jose, CA. Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license required
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within an educational team

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress
- Assist with speech and language screenings and assessments
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Engage with teachers, families, and staff to promote student success and communication goals
This position offers both full-time (up to 35 hours per week) and part-time options—please be prepared to discuss your availability in your application or during the interview process.
