Project Manager

Our client is looking to fill the role of Project Manager. This role will lead a major operational transition project while managing multiple concurrent IT Service Management (ITSM) initiatives focused on service reliability and operational excellence.Pay Rate Range - $50-55/HR on W2Responsibilities:Lead a large-scale operational transition project, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Manage multiple Technology Operations and ITSM initiatives simultaneously.Drive improvements across Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.Support major incident response activities, reviews, and corrective action tracking.Provide executive-level project reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.Ensure operational continuity through effective planning, prioritization, and governance.Required Qualifications:5+ years of Technical Project or Program Management experience.Strong knowledge of ITIL, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.Experience in Technology Operations, NOC, Service Desk, Command Center, or IT Operations environments.Proficiency with Jira, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar ITSM tools.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Experience supporting international operational transitions.Experience in Technology Operations or Incident Management environments.PMP, ITIL Foundation, or Scrum certifications.Experience with Power BI or other reporting/dashboard tools.French language skills are highly preferred.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
