The Finishing Operations team is responsible for producing high-quality finished products by operating a variety of bindery and lettershop equipment while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate finishing equipment according to job specifications.
- Read and interpret job tickets to ensure accurate production.
- Operate equipment used for:
- Cutting
- Folding
- Die cutting
- Saddle stitching
- Drilling
- Padding
- Scoring
- Lettershop and inserting operations
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain production goals while minimizing waste.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, machine operator, bindery, or production experience preferred.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn production equipment.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions and job tickets.
- Basic math skills, including decimals and measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 3d Shift Monday- Friday | 11pm -7 am
