Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnoses to establish tailored treatment plans that address each client's unique needs. \n
- Provide individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques while fostering a secure and nonjudgmental environment. \n
- Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions, encouraging open communication and the development of healthier relational dynamics. \n
- Regularly evaluate client progress towards therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans accordingly to enhance outcomes. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to meet ethical standards and regulatory requirements. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development, staying updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health trends. \n
Your work will encompass a broad spectrum of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents, each presenting a range of emotional and psychological challenges. You will develop rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences, ensuring that treatment approaches are culturally sensitive and customized to individual needs. Your holistic understanding of family dynamics will be crucial in guiding them through difficult life transitions, relationship issues, and personal growth journeys.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. \n
- A minimum of a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n

Compensation and Benefits\nDe Anza Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes:
