Clinical Research Coordinator

Clinical Research Coordinator – Phoenix, AZ The Clinical Research Coordinator will plan, develop, and coordinate safety and efficacy research studies under the supervision of the Principal Investigator, ensuring compliance with protocol, company SOPs, and Good Clinical Practices. Responsibilities Participate and coordinate planning, development, and implementation of clinical protocols, logistical procedures, and operating systems in accordance with sponsor and Principal Investigator parameters. Supervise, evaluate, and coordinate the activities of a team of Clinical Research Assistants, ensuring all activities follow Company SOPs and Good Clinical Practice guidelines. Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of day‑to‑day clinical activities, optimizing workflow and subject availability. Collaborate with the Recruitment Department to confirm subject eligibility before enrollment. Monitor subjects’ responses to treatment and communicate data and results to investigators in a timely manner. Work with Clinical Management to generate protocols, interim reports, and final reports for company sponsors. Order and maintain laboratory supplies inventory. Qualifications Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in life sciences preferred; 1–2 years of clinical industry experience (substitute for a BS or BA) required. Working Conditions Sitting and/or standing for extended periods (up to 8 hours per business day). Ability to stand, bend, push, pull, stoop and crouch frequently. Capability to lift up to 50 pounds with both hands, and occasionally heavier loads with assistance. Interpersonal and communication skills required to interact effectively with panelists.
