Part-Time Pediatrician - Flexible Schedule - Outpatient Only - Hudson County, NJ

Progressive Pediatrics, a physician-owned pediatric practice in Hudson County, NJ, is seeking a part-time board-certified/board-eligible pediatrician interested in a consistent, long-term role within a collaborative outpatient setting.

This position is ideal for a pediatrician seeking professional stability with reduced hours, including physicians returning from maternity leave, transitioning from hospital systems, or seeking sustainable work-life balance.

Practice Structure:

• Outpatient-only.
• No hospital or nursery coverage.
• Approximately 20 patients per full clinical day.
• Flexible schedule (2-3 days per week options available).
• Shared weekend coverage proportional to schedule.
• After-hours call supported by nurse triage service.
• Strong staff support and efficient eClinicalWorks workflow.

We are seeking a pediatrician who values continuity of care and long-term professional relationships.

Compensation:

• Competitive pro-rated salary based on schedule.
• Structured per-diem option available.
• Malpractice coverage included.
• CME support available.
• $15,000 longevity bonus paid upon completion of five years (pro-rated based on FTE).
• Long-term role preferred.
