The Cabot Inn and Suites looking for a Part- Time and Full-Time Front Desk Agent position.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and will understand the importance of responding quickly to guests’ needs and complaints. You’ll be corresponding with guests through email, over the phone and in person.
Available shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Morning Shift) 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM ( Evening Shift)
(must able to work weekends)

· Checking in and out hotel guest
. Must be able to learn our reservation system
· Making reservations and assisting with changes to existing reservation
· Handling cash and credit card transactions
· Performing other miscellaneous task
· Customer service oriented
